Making a Reservation
Making a reservation is easy:
1. Go to our Rates & Reservation page
Check rates and availability. In the availability calendar, click on the desired arrival and departure date. A reservation form will open. Fill out and submit the reservation form. Your reservation will be marked in the calendar as “pending”.
2. Receive email and make payment (deposit or full)
We will contact you by email to request:
— payment of the reservation deposit if you make a reservation 8 or more weeks (60 days) before your stay
— payment in full if your make a reservation less than 8 weeks (60 days) before your stay
We will also inform you how to use any of the different payment options (Credit card, PayPal, U.S. check).
3. Receive confirmation email
After you submit the reservation deposit (or full payment if making a reservation less than 6 weeks in advance) you will receive an email confirming your reservation.
4. After the full price is paid receive villa access code and information package
If you have made a reservation deposit, payment in full is due at least 8 weeks prior to your arrival.
Afer we have receiced full payment, we will email you the electronic access code to the villa, information on how to get there and other useful information.

Preparing For The Trip
Villa Tropicana is located in a gated community, so as to ensure the best security for our guests. The region of Orlando is safe, however like in any other metropolitan area, tourists need to be careful not to leave anything valuable in their car, especially rental cars.
In December, January and February temperatures are usually pleasant and sunny. The temperatures are in the higher 60s and lower 70s. However, there can be occasional cold spells and the nights are cool. Make sure to bring a light jacket and sweater.
The summer months (May through September) are hot and hot and humid. Air conditioning is a must for most people.
Spring (March, April) and Fall (October, November) tend to be warm and sunny.
